We were fishing for catfish but hoping for a snakehead, then along comes Dr. D. out of nowhere with an 8 pounders. That was the small one too. He was generous enough to share his bounty and knowledge. Damn nice guy and a hell of a fisherman. Then after he rode off into the sunset we used his tips to land some nice channel cats. Thanks Dr. D!!!
My pleasure I am sure you enjoyed the snakehead I gave you for dinner! I ended up catching a really big one just after I left your dock, he was 12 lbs. 34″ long just down the main channel on a weedbed. Hope you guys had a great weekend with your Aunt she has a nice home and great location on the river.
